My wife and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the Hotel Indigo in Naperville on Sunday 5th September. That music did not finish until after 10pm and sound check started at 10am the next morning. If I checked out it would have still cost me $150. When I called the front desk to complain, I was told that the only rooms available were on the same side. Now, normally I wouldn’t completely judge the hotel because of this but management knew about the festival. On the other side of the River was a music festival. The flooring feels cheap and the lighting is distracting, and then we went to check out the view. Room - The room seemed clean and neat but in person the finishes do not match the photos on the website. On 3rd floor, theres a sign that the ice machine is at the end of the hallway however the end of the hallway is a T intersection with no signage on which direction to go. There is no indication that there are 2 towers or that they have identical room numbers. Hotel – you need major signage improvements. And that’s when things started going down. We were greeted promptly and professionally and directed towards our room (元22). We had decided on Hotel Indigo because of its location to the Naperville Riverwalk area and specifically requested the Riverwalk view
